ABOUT Mobile Legend TOURNAMENT
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a popular multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game developed by Moonton. Players engage in 5v5 matches, where they choose from a wide variety of heroes, each with unique abilities and roles. The objective is to work with teammates to destroy the enemy’s base while defending their own. With fast-paced gameplay, strategic teamwork, and exciting hero battles, Mobile Legends has become a global sensation in the mobile gaming community.
TOURNAMENT RULES
- Team Composition
- Number of Players: Each team must consist of 5 players, with the option to have 1 substitute.
- Hero Selection: Heroes are typically selected through a draft mode, which can be in a snake format (Ban-Pick) or a specific draft system (such as MPL’s Global Ban-Pick).
- Game Format
- Match Format: Matches are usually conducted in a Best of 1 (Bo1), Best of 3 (Bo3), or Best of 5 (Bo5) format depending on the stage of the tournament.
- Map: The standard map used is the “The Land of Dawn.”
- Drafting Rules
- Ban/Pick Phase: Teams ban and pick heroes alternatively. Typically, each team bans 3-5 heroes, followed by picking 5 heroes.
- No Duplicate Heroes: Once a hero is picked, the opposing team cannot select the same hero.
GAME RULES
1. Match Rules
- Pausing: Each team is allowed a limited number of pauses, usually 5 minutes long, for technical issues or emergencies.
- Restarting a Match: Matches can only be restarted due to critical technical issues, like server problems or in-game bugs.
- Internet Issues: Players are generally responsible for their own internet connections, and issues on the player’s side are not grounds for match pauses or restarts. (Valid only for online qualifiers)
2. Victory Conditions
- A team wins a match by destroying the opponent’s base.
- In a series, the team that first achieves the required number of wins advances to the next round or wins the championship.
3. Behavior and Conduct
- Sportsmanship: Players must show respect to opponents, referees, and officials.
- Prohibited Conduct: No use of cheats, hacks, or any third-party programs that provide an unfair advantage. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, such as harassment or abuse, is not tolerated.
- Penalties: Breaking the rules can result in penalties ranging from warnings to disqualification.
GAME SETUP
1. Technical Rules
- Device: Players are typically required to use their own devices, and these devices must meet the tournament’s technical specifications.
- Network: Players must ensure they have a stable internet connection to prevent disruptions. (Valid only for online qualifiers)
2. Reporting and Review
- Match Results: The winning team is usually required to report the match result to the tournament officials immediately.
- Disputes: Any disputes or rule violations must be reported to the Nepal Plays officials for review.

Yes, the registration deadline is 20th January. Please ensure you complete your registration before this date to participate in the tournament.

MOBILE LEGENDS RULES
- No more than 6 players (including the team leader) and a coach/Manager can join the event as a team. Only registered players will be able to play in the tournament. The coach can draft the team then disconnect discord.
- All players must be of Nepali origin. No international players are allowed in the team.
- All the matches will be played in Custom Draft Pick (Official tournament lobby).
- Teams are requested to enter the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- The team leader/co-leader must follow the match referee in game, before the scheduled time.
- Each team will get a maximum of 2 minutes pause once in every match in case of any need (i.e. connection issue). It is prohibited to write anything on the all chat except “Pause”.
- The management panel may ask for the device login history anytime from any player and the player must be bound to submit his device login history.
- Any kind of game or UI modification, scripts and hacking tools are prohibited. If any player is detected of using such unfair means, they along with the team will be disqualified and necessary steps will be taken.
- The organizers hold the rights to change any rules & regulations or add new ones if it seems necessary.
